The usual package to set up a station would be the AM1000 outdoor unit, the mounting bracket which will mount the unit to a 1 1/4" or 2" mast, and a roll of 100' wire. (Call if you need more then 100' of wire) Most people get the antenna locally (radio shack #21-903, it will be cheaper because shipping is high on a 102 inch item) but if you need or want to, add the antenna below and we will ship you an antenna.
The basic Am1000 is crystal controllable, we stock 1590-1710Khz. We recommend 1610 or 1620 for your station. Drive around and listen on a car radio and/or try radio-locator.com to determine what channel is clear in your area. You get 2 crystals with your unit and you can trade one in at anytime for anther frequency should you need to. We recommend staying above 1400 for best range. Please add your crystal frequency choices (2) as a comment  to one of the second address lines on the order form, or e-mail us.

If you would rather, or you you will be changing frequencies a lot the AM1000 can be frequency agile (change frequencies without crystals) just add the AM1000F selection to your order.
The AM1000T makes it easier to set the power, it flashes a green light when you are at the FCC legal .1 watt. The AM1000PR NEW studio interface module is free with each transmitter. Alone it is $35.

Also you will need a Volt Ohm Meter for tune up. Let us know if you don't have a meter as a comment in the second address line (or e-mail us) and we will send you an inexpensive meter. Everything else you need you should be able to get at Radio Shack or Lowes/Home Depot. That would be: 1 1/4" mast, mast mount, ground wire, ground rod, rod wire clamp, hardware to secure wire and bracket, audio equipment or player, depending on how you install the transmitter.

Please be sure change the shipping selection if you want  2 day or 1 day shipping, default is Ground shipping. Please be sure to include your telephone and E-mail and crystal frequency selection (if needed).

The indoor unit is the same electronics as the outdoor unit (weather proof fiberglass box) except it comes in a sturdy plastic box for attic mounting, range will be less.

Important note! If you are not using the AM1000F you will need to choose 2 crystal frequencies.  We stock 1590 - 1710 but can get 1000 Khz - 1580 Khz on special order (2-3 weeks without extra fee).  You can trade in a crystal at any time should you need to change frequencies. Add the frequencies you need to the order form somewhere or E-mail them to us (See main page for E-mail).

You will also need a 102" antenna, Radio Shack # 21-903 or any CB shop will have it. If you don't want to get an antenna locally we can ship you one, just add it to the order form above, the $40.15 includes shipping.
